Open the can completely and divide the pineapple chunks evenly between the containers. Add the 2 tsp of vanilla pudding mix to each container, followed by a splash of milk. Secure the lids and shake well until everything is combined.
Freeze the containers on a level surface for at least 20 hours, but 24 hours is ideal. Freezing them completely is key to getting the best texture.
Once frozen, process one container on the Ninja Creami Lite Ice Cream setting.
After the first spin, the mixture will likely look a little powdery. Add a small splash of milk and run the Re-Spin cycle. If it's still not smooth and creamy, add another tiny splash of milk and re-spin one more time. Be careful not to add too much milk, or the texture can become too soft.
Serve as is, or sprinkle with Tajín for a sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy finish.
