Ingredients

  • 3, 6 oz pieces of salmon
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, and garlic. Mix until a thick paste forms.
  • Evenly spread the Parmesan mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, gently pressing it into place.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches your desired doneness. Thicker fillets may need a few extra minutes.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as roasted asparagus, and enjoy!
