Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1, 1.2 oz bag of freeze-dried strawberries, chopped
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp of milk
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Reserve about ⅓ cup of the chopped freeze-dried strawberries for topping, and add the rest to the bowl.
  • Mix until everything is well combined. Using your hands makes this much easier and helps it come together evenly.
  • Scoop and press into evenly sized balls. Gently press the tops into the reserved freeze-dried strawberries for a pop of color and extra flavor.
  • Repeat until you have about 18 balls.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
