Why I Love This Recipe
Some days you just want dessert without turning on the oven, and this is exactly what I make. It has that classic birthday cake flavor that’s sweet, creamy, and a little nostalgic, but it’s packed with protein and comes together in just a few minutes. Grab some fruit, graham crackers, or even a spoon, because there’s really no wrong way to eat this one.
Enjoying The Leftovers
If you’re making this ahead of time, save the sprinkles until just before serving to keep them bright and colorful. I also like giving the dip a quick stir after it’s been in the fridge to make it extra creamy again.
Storing
Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep it chilled until you’re ready to serve.
When you’re ready to eat
Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, strawberries, apple slices, or any of your favorite fruit. It also makes a pretty great late-night spoonful straight from the bowl.
