Why I Love This Recipe

Nothing beats a warm fruit crisp, especially when it’s ready in a fraction of the time thanks to the air fryer. The peaches become soft and jammy, the buttery oat crumble bakes until perfectly golden, and every bite tastes like summer. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream, and you’ve got an easy dessert that feels just a little bit special.

Ingredients

  • 4 small peaches
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar, divided
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Slice the peaches and place them in a bowl. Add the cornstarch, vanilla, and coconut sugar, then gently toss until the peaches are evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, maple syrup, melted butter, coconut sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a crumbly topping forms.
  • Transfer the peaches to an oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish, then evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top.
  • Air fry at 325°F for 8-10 minutes, checking around the 8-minute mark to make sure the topping doesn't brown too quickly. The peaches should be tender and the crumble lightly golden.
  • Let the peach crisp cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
