Why I Love This Recipe
These frozen banana chocolate bites have been on repeat for me lately. They’re just so easy and hit that sweet craving every single time. It’s basically bite-sized banana pieces topped with creamy granola butter, drizzled with melted sugar-free chocolate, and finished with a pinch of sea salt. I keep a batch in the freezer at all times because they’re the perfect little treat when you want something sweet, refreshing, and still feel-good.
Enjoying The Leftovers
These chocolate drizzled banana bites are one of those super simple treats I always keep stocked in my freezer—they keep really well and taste just as good whenever you grab one.
Storing:
Store the prepared banana bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2–3 weeks. Layer them with parchment paper if stacking to prevent sticking.
When you’re ready to eat:
Just enjoy them straight from the freezer for a cool, chocolatey snack. If you prefer a slightly softer texture, let them sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before eating.
